Oct - Nov 2023 - Please book your accomodation at the Hotel Laudinella at your earliest convenience. Please follow the instructions on the accommodation page.

Nov, 30, 2023 - Please confirm registration by e-mail. We have to set the room block the following week.
Jan 10, 2024 - last day for cancellation of hotel bookings with full refund
Jan 16, 2024 - Please complete your abstract and return it as Word document via e-mail to Thomas Lutz (tomlutz@vetphys.uzh.ch).
Feb 18, 2024, 15:30 - Meeting Registration, Hotel Laudinella, followed by the first scientific session at 16:00, welcome reception and dinner.

Note: Registration payment is done in cash, Swiss francs (CHF) only, on site. Please bring sufficient cash to do so.
Scientific participants: CHF 300.00
Non-participating guests: CHF 85.00
